Terms of Use – Contact Mines

i) Usage
The product license is website based. It can be used to integrate on your or your customer's website. The product source code can be modified to meet your requirements. The usage is restricted to ten websites per purchase per technology.

ii) Resell
You must not resell the scripts as is or in any fashion in competition to Contact Mines. If you want to include it as a part of your product, which will be sold then, we have a Product License available. Please contact sales for more details.

iii) Warranty
Two months of free fixes are provided with the purchase. We do not provide any warranty that our scripts will work after any change(s) by any of the supported service providers like Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, MSN and others. They can implement technology to disable crawling and fetching of contacts from their system or make it very hard to fetch contacts.

iv) Refunds
Contact Mines insists you to try the demo on the website and ask questions before purchasing. There are no refunds provided for the purchase.

v) Source Code Modification
The source code comes with the purchase and can be modified to meet your requirements.

vi) Updates
If you have subscribed to our support and upgrade protection then, you will receive fixes and updates to subscribed package up to one year from the date of purchase. If any fix is not possible due to restrictions by the service providers as mentioned in Warranty Clause then those fixes will not be available and scripts might not work.
